Services

Everything between you and a worker on shift

Five services covering the whole path, from the first enquiry to a worker who turns up every morning.

  • Bringing workers from Nepal, the Philippines and India

We source, vet and bring workers from Nepal, the Philippines and India. Selection happens on site, with the partners we run every placement through.

  • Work and residence permits

We run the entire residence-and-work permit procedure, from the application, through the labour-market test, to issue and renewal.

  • Temporary staff leasing

The worker is employed by us and works for you. You pay for hours worked; wages, contributions and HR processing are ours.

  • Accommodation and transport

If you need it, we can also arrange accommodation that meets the legal standard and transport to the workplace, agreed in advance.

  • Payroll and HR administration

Payroll, working-time records, registrations and de-registrations, personnel files, an external service that keeps deadlines.

We know which roles you're after and what a shift looks like in your industry.

Questions and answers

What we get asked most

How long until a worker starts?

Realistically 2–4 months from candidate confirmation: selection, residence-and-work permit, visa and travel. The exact timing depends on the role, the season and the current state of the procedure.

Who is the worker's employer?

It depends on the service. With sourcing and placement you employ the worker. With leasing the worker is employed by us and works for you, all employer obligations are ours.

What if a worker doesn't fit?

Tell us. Under leasing we arrange a replacement within the agreed period; under sourcing a replacement guarantee applies as set in the contract.

Is there a minimum number of workers?

We handle single hires as well as whole crews. Sourcing from third countries pays off from a few workers upwards, but get in touch even for one.

How is your service charged?

Placement and sourcing are agreed per hire, leasing per hour worked. You get a priced offer before any commitment. The worker pays nothing.

Do we have to apply for permits ourselves?

No. We handle the application, the documentation and all contact with the authorities, in cooperation with you. From you we need basic workplace details and signatures where required.

Who arranges accommodation?

Either of us, agreed upfront. If we arrange it, the accommodation meets the legal standard and the cost is clearly defined in the contract.

Do the workers speak English?

All candidates speak English. It is one of the basic requirements when a candidate is registered with our partners. We state the language level in the profile before you confirm.

Process

Five steps to a worker on your site

The order never changes; timing depends on the role and the season. Each step states a realistic range, not a best case.

  1. 1–2 working days

    Conversation and specification

You tell us who you need, how many, where and from when. We tell you straight away whether it's feasible and in what timeframe.

  2. 1–3 weeks

    Selection on the ground

Our partners on the ground prepare candidates; we verify skills, documents and references. You receive profiles you can work with.

  3. up to 7 days

    Your confirmation

You review the profiles and, if you wish, interview candidates online. You decide who you take.

  4. 6–12 weeks

    Permits and documentation

We file the residence-and-work permit application, track the procedure and prepare everything for arrival, visa and accommodation included.

  5. ongoing

    Arrival, onboarding and support

We organise travel, arrival and the first days at work. We remain the contact for you and the worker throughout the engagement.

Contact

Tell us what you need

Employers send an enquiry, workers an application with a CV. We reply on working days, usually the same day.

Prefer direct contact?

Call or write, we answer on working days from the morning.

We use the data only to process the enquiry. We don't share it with third parties.

More than staffing, with you after arrival.

Licensed agency for employment mediation and sourcing workers from third countries.
