The data controller is HUMAN WORK FORCE j.d.o.o., Ulica Andrije Kačića Miošića 27, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia, tax number (OIB): 08524112739. For any questions about data processing, write to info@human-workforce.com.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: full name, e-mail address, phone (optional), company name (for employer enquiries), the message content, and, for candidate applications, an attached CV. We don't collect data automatically or track your behaviour on the site.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to reply to your enquiry and, should we agree to work together, to carry out the employment mediation process. The legal basis is your consent given when submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, once a contract exists, performance of that contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Send your request to info@human-workforce.com, we respond within the statutory deadline. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
